Carolyn Mangozhe, FNP-C, received her BSN from Indiana University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has over 11 years of experience in Healthcare including, but not limited to areas of Holistic Health, Primary Care, Mental Health, and IV infusion.

Often, providers are quick to prescribe medication after hearing a brief synopsis of the patient’s problems. Carolyn experienced this firsthand on several occasions, and strives to give her patients a better experience for better outcomes. She believes best practice in patient care include spending adequate time getting to know each patient as a whole, which will help her better understand the entire scope of their health needs. With this knowledge, she believes an individualized plan of care can be established to empower the patient to overcome their health obstacles and obtain long lasting optimal health. Carolyn believes in healing the body as naturally as possible.

Outside of caring for her patients, Carolyn loves to spend time with her husband, children ages 5 and 1, traveling and spend time in nature. She’s excited to get to know you, and help you with your health needs.
